Barber (chairman of the Board of College Governors), Mr. T. Forsyth (chair-man of the Education. Board), Mr. G. L. Stewart, secretary to the board, and Messrs. CJ. IT. Nicholls, A. C. Blake, and A. W. Hutchings, members of the board.
