NEW YORK, 4th December. Municipal Judge Anderson, of Jacksonville, Florrtla, expresses the opinion after investigation that a man who died, here on Saturday in the county hospital charity wards was Vincent P. Taylor, an Australian aviator and daredevil, who came to the United States in 1920. His papers also showed that he was a member of the Boyal Plying Corps daring the World War. _ The- police sajid he came to the station several days ago workless, hungry, and ill, and1 on arrival collapsed.
