Thirty Labour members of the House of Commons have signed a manifesto drawn up by Sir Oswald Mosley demanding the treatment of the unemployment situation as a national emergency, and the appointment of a Supreme Cabinet not exceeding five, similar to the War Cabinet, to direct the nation's affairs and take emergency measures in relation to mines, railways, and the dumping of foreign goods below fair prices. _______________
