A FURTHER REMAND
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, 4th December. Brian Duriningham, the young Auckland solicitor who was arrested as ho was about to sail from Wellington for San Francisco on Tuesday afternoon, appeared before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., at the Police Court to-day. The accused, for whom Mr. Finlay appeared, was charged with aiding and abetting a man and a woman in making a declaration that would amount to perjury if made on oath in a judicial proceeding. The Crown Solicitor obtained a remand until 11th December. Accused's bail was renewed. j
