SUSPENSION PROPOSED
IMMIGRATION TO AMERICA
A FIVE-YEAR PERIOD
(Eeceived 4th December, 11 a.m.) WASHINGTON, 3rd December. Mr. Johnson, Chairman of the House of Eepresentatives' Immigration Committee, introduced legislation today to suspend all .immigration for fiveyears. This is identical ■with a resolution moved byi Senator Seed, Eepublican Senator fbr Pennsylvania, except that the suspension period is increased from two to^ five years.
