EXPELLED BY SWISS
AN ITALIAN AVIATOR
ANTI-FASCIST PROPAGANDA
BERNE, 29th November. The Government has decided to expel the Italian aviator, Giovanni Buzzolesi. The expulsion is based'on Buzzolesi'a entry into Switzerland without a permit.
A fantastic anti-Fascist plot .to fly an aeroplane from Trance across the Alps to Italy ' and drop pamphlets attacking Mussolini ended in disaster. Giovanni Buzzolcsi, the pilot, lost his way in a fog when returning from the successful execution of his mission, and crashed on the top of the pass just inside the Swiss frontier. Monks picked up the pilot, who was gravely injured. The French, Swiss, and Italian Governments are worried at the diplomatic possibilities of the escapadp. Buzzolesi fled from Italy in 1928.
