TATTERSFIELD LIMITED.
The directors of Tattevsfield, Ltd., carpet and bedding manufacturers, Auckland, for the year ended 19th September, states that net profit, after making provision for bad and doubtful debts and depreciation on plant and buildings, amounted to £6650. The sum of £2000 was brought forward, making £SBSO available for distribution. Interim dividend absorbed £2200. The directors propose payment of a final dividend of 2 per cent., making 6 per cent, for the year, and to place £3350 to income-tax reserve account, and to carry, forward the balance of .£2OOO. The directbrsireport that, considering the severity of.the: depression, the past year must be.regarded as satisfactory.
