Following a wireless message of re" call, Mr. Montague Norman, Governolj of the Bank of England, who was tray« elling aboard the Bremen to New; York, transferred to the Majestic at Cherbourg. Ho climbed down a_ rope ladder into a launch from the Majestic,; and on that liner returned to Souths ampton. He then hastened to London^ No explanation is given for his move* ments.
