(Received Ist December, 8 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. In an effortless style, Miss Bonnie Mealing swam 220 yds backstroke in 3min 2 2-5 sec, thereby breaking the women's, Australian record, and almost equalling the world's record for 200 metres.
