Captain Irving, designer of the Golden Arrow, on which the tote Sir Eenry Scg'rave broke the world's land speed record, is to be asked by the Rudge Motor Cycle Company, of Coventry, to collaborate in producing a motor-cycle which will beat the world record of 150 miles per hour, set up recently in Ireland on a British machine, ridden by J.
