SUCCESSFUL RECITAL

The fripitol Theatre, at Miramar, was crowded with'-parents and friends recently, when Miss Kathleen Hairc gave.her annual dauce recital, her pupils giving exhibitions of charming dances, solos and in "team work." A demonstration of marching and health exercises was also given, the children being, in dainty Grecian tunics of apple green. The older pupils then gave exhibitions of tap-dancing, Russian, operatfc, and character studies, all being most attractive and showing talent in ths pupils and excellent instruction. Among the soloists were little Lola Staub, Betty Robson, Marie Mowatt, June Thompson, Alison and Enid Guy, Jock Staubs, and Gretcken Diamond, while included in the combined dances were J. and P. Thompson, M. Barnard, G. Mac Donald, G. Graydon, K. Thilling, and K. Clark. Some very charming gifts were handed to Miss Haire from appreciative parents and pupils at the- end of an artistic recital.
