Friday's closing prices for the . following raw materials were as follow, those for 22nd November .being given in' parentheses: — Cotton, —Liverpool quotation, American middling upland, December delivery, 5.58 d per lb (5.73 d). Rubber.—Para, 6%d per lb (6d); plantation, smoked, 4 9-16 d(4 9-16 d)".' Jute.—November-December shipment, £16 5s 6d per ton (£l6 2s Gil). Hemp.—None offering. ' Copra.—December shipment, South Sea, £15 15s per ton (£ls 10s); plantation, Rabaul, £15 17s 6d per ton (£ls 15s). Linseed 0i1.—£27 10s per ton (£27). Turpentine.—3ss Gd per cwt (36s 3d).
