WOMEN IN HOTELS

A habit of women drinking in hotels was commented on by Mr. E. Page, S.M., at the quarterly meeting of the Wellington Lic'cnsing Committee, held to-day. Mr. Page said that in the Inspector of Police's report it was stated that on two days last month 40 women were'found drinking in hotels.
