There were 20 members present ,at th» meeting of the Sunday School Union" held, last night. Mr. W. E. Howe, president,was. in the chair. ! i; -,, ■ . On - the motion of Mr. Groeott,. tha Moera branch of St. Stephen's- Sunday School was received as a member*of tha. union. . ■ '•', Votes of thanks were passed to all -whx* had assisted in the Kaikcs memorial meeting. A letter was received from.'.a school protesting at the lateness of the hour at which the rally had concluded,, and it was': decided to take steps to* ensure that iv future the meeting will conclude;earlier., Miss Buckley ga-ve notice to move •' that consideration be given to a camp fire evening. ' ■ .; The Auckland Union wrote congratulating the Wellington Union on.attaining* ita fiftieth jubilee. The Auckland Union,has been in existence for Co years. '-*.-. ' _ ~'. The matter of the Easter convention was brought up, several places bejug considered as positions for a camp. ■' ■ ] ■ ■
