ARMISTICE DAY
PLANS FOR OBSERVANCE JSText Tuesday is Armistice Day. Special services will be hold under the auspices of the Wellington branch of the Returned Soldiers' Association. A brief special service will be held in the Town Hall, commencing at 10.45 a.m., at which tho Mayor (Mr. G. A. Troup) will preside. Tho service will commence with the hymn "O God Our Help in Ages Past," followed by prayer by the Rev. T. Fieldcn Taylor. At 11 o'clock the two minutes' silence will be observed. The "Dead March in Saul" will be played by tho City Organist (Mr. B. F. Page). The "Last Post" and "Reveille" will be sounded by Srrgt.-Mnjor Baker, and the service will conclude with the National Anthem, played by the City Organist.
