♦ Gingeibread Biscuits.—White flour, 2oz; brown meal, 2oz; soda, i level teaspoon; croain of tartar, i leyel teaspoon; ground ginger, i teaspoon; dripping, 2oz; treacle, 2oz; brown sugar, 2oz, Method: Place in rough pieces on greased oven tray. Leave space for spreading. Bake in moderate oven about ten minutes. City. "ROYAL STAR." (13)
