LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL
The Legislative Council met at 2.30 p.m.. to-day. ' The M'Lean Institute Amendment Bill was read the second time and referred to a Committee of Selection. Tho Otago Presbyterian Church Board of Property Amendment Bill was also rend a second time. __ The Council adjourned at -.oo P-m. until 2,30 p.m. to-morrow.
