MAN TAKES POISON

AUCKLAND, This Day.
Arthur Herbert Scaratt, aged 32, living at Point Chevalier with friends, walked into a hotel convenience yesterday at 4.30 p.m., and took poison. He was found by a barman and sent to hospital, where he died an hour later. :
