R.S.A. RESOLUTION
At a recent meeting the Dominion Executive Committee of the Now Zealand Eeturned Soldiers' Association considered : the ■■" Unemployment Bill, and the remarks passed in the House when the report of the Select Committee was presented. The following resolution was unanimously adopted: "That-this meeting of the. Dominion" executive of the N.Z.R.S.A. expresses its profound disappointment that the amendments to the Unemployment Bill, suggested to the Minister of Labour and the Select Committee of the House which considered the measure, have not been incorporated in the Bill, unless the Government proposes to introduce legislation this session to set up .the Soldiers' Civil Eerestablishment League, as recommended- by the Ex-Soldiers 'Behabilitation Commission."
It was decided also to send a deputation to : the Acting-Prime Minister and the Hon. Minister of Labour, forthwith, to urge that effect be given to the resolution.
