Offenders against the bylaws wene dealt i with by Messrs'. H. D, Bennett dnd W. E. Kellow, J.P.s, in tho Magistrate's Court .yesterday. John William Lerwill was fined 10s, for parking more than twelve inches from tho kerb.
Failure to notify change of ownership of a motor-car cost Sidney Bassiu and James Joseph MUenzie 5s each. For having no driver's licence, William M'Sloy was. fined £1.
Charles Joseph Totterdell was fined las for leaving a motor-car unattended. For driving a motor, truck in a dangerous? manner, Henry Lestley Hecc was fined £1. '■.■'■ ■.■■.•: ■
Parking a motor vehicle at a tram stop cost George William Taylor 10s.
Hire Galal was fined 10s for failing to give way.at an intersection.
On a 'charge of negligently driving, Henry Stoup.e was fined £3, and for a similar offence James Montrose Graham was fined £1.
