RECORD-BREAKING RUN
A CAR CAPSIZES

CHRISTCHURCH, This Day
While a light car .was continuing a record-breaking run- from Auckland to. Invoreargill this morning it skidded in1 the shingle on the Greta.Cutting, North Cantorbury, and capsized down a bank. The- driver (A. M'Donald) was unhurt, but an observer, H. Cuthbertson, was knocked unconscious. for twenty minutes. He recovered later. The-, car was got back, on to the road by its own power, and proeedecd on its journey. . ,
