DELHI, 25th August,

A serious situation is reported in the Betul district, Central Provinces, where police, attempting to arrest Cajan,_ a member of a practically aboriginal tribe eallod Gonds, for a breach of the forest laws, fouud their man snrrounded by several hundred Gonds.
