Magill, of the Thorndon Normal School, has been appointed to represent the New Zealand Federation of Teachers at the meeting of the Federated State School Teachers' Association, of Australia, at Adelaide, in January, 1931. Mrs. H. Boryer, Taupo, is the guest of her sister, Mrs. S. H. Ferguson, Park Btreet. Mrs. J. A. Hanan, Dunedin, arrived in. Wellington from the South this morning. Mrs. G. L. Young is a Wellington visitor to Auckland. Miss Madeleine Cockayne has returned to Wellington after a holiday spent in Palmerston North.
