VANCOUVER, 7th August. A message from Toronto states that Jack Guest, holder of the Diamond Sculls, will be unable to compete at the Empire sculling races at Hamilton. Guest finds it impossible, after two weeks' earnest tfaining, to get into satisfactory condition.
