KELBURN VIADUCT
Concreting has been commenced on the foundations at the Karori end of the new Kelburn viaduct. Tho central span of the bridge is also being constructed. Owing to one approach of tho present viaduct being cut away, it is not likely that this passage for traffic- will be open lor somo time, consequently motorists will have to continue to use Chaytor street and Plunket street for access to town and Kelburn. Drivers of vehicles should recognise the dangerous nature of the 'roads, as work* men are engaged in widening activities, and in the case of G'haytor street, where at places two cars cannot pasa, downhill traffic should givo way to vehicles going uphill.
