• For indecent assault, Jolrn O'Donnell, an old man, was sentenced to reformative detention for a period, not exceeding twelve months by his Honour the Chief Justice* (Sir Michael Myers) in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon. The Probation Officer was instructed to-make inquiries with a view to placing the prisoner in an institution. Mr. G. Powlos appeared for O'Donnell.
