To meet th» situation of the unpassed Liberal Budget, with some tariff changes already; effective and others pending, Mr. Bennett will retain the Ministry of: Finance himself until after the Conference. ' , It is not considered P'-ely that Mr. Bennett will carry out in their entirety his campaign views that botli treaties should be abrocated in favour of building up Canadian industry iy t - the imposition of high tariffs.
