NO DISCIPLINE
RUSSIAN" NAVAL TROUBLES
EIGA, 27th June,
A newspaper report reveals that articles washed ashore in Esthonia include orders signed by the Commander of the Soviet Baltic Fleet, manoeuvre charts, paymasters' accounts, a torn ensign, and documents which belonged to the warship Kljus, which participated in recent Russian manoeuvres and is believed to have been sunk in a collision.
One order draws attention to the drunkenness and disorderliness of the Bed marines, whose lack of discipline is cited as being most distressing.
