An inspector was examining a. class oi boys hi .science, ■ find received few answers to hia questions. He asked one in a rather facetious manner, which drew an aside from a boy in the back row: "Silly ass!"
Tho inspector, seeing tho boyrs_ lips more, called ■to him encouragingly: "SpeaTi up, my boy, you may be right."
