LEGEND OF THE SNOWDROP
The legends of tho snowdrop are many—one is as old as Eve. When God was angry with Adam and Eve and turned them out of the Garden of Eden, snow began to fall. At first Eve was frightened and clung to Adam, who was interested to know what the strange white flakes were. Eve, however, forgot her fright when she saw some of the white flakes turning into delicate white flowers, which are now called snowdrops. , "EPAMENONDAS." Otaki.
