Elegance ■in dress and jewellery is the thing just now. Necklaces are extremely elaborate this season, but it is the hands that seem to be receiving tho greatest attention. Enormous rings arc being woren. Sometimes it is_ a huge emerald or sapphire, or oct caaionally a design in diamonds.
