CHATHAM CUP GAME.
The district semi-final of the Chatham Cup -will be played to-morrow, . wheii Watersidcvs and l'etone will meet at the Basin Kesorvc. Petoue have considerably .strengthened their team in the past few weeks, and are very confident of again winning this coveted trophy. The team has been training steadily, and are now one of the fittest, in the competition. Watersiders, however, can be relied upon to put' up an extra brilliant fight, and, as their team contains young and experienced players, they should make their opponents light every minute of the game. This match should be the star attraction of the season, and the public should see a fast and exhilarating exhibition, of firstclass Soccer.
6u No. 2 ground, Institute and Marist will meet. Marist arc keen to avenge their previous defeat by Institute, and, as they need the win to Jiold tv Jr place in the senior division, they' shwcld play a great game. Institute will niatce the pace a morty one, which will give the public plenty of excitement. Two first-class curtain-raisers will be played early.
