PETONE AND HUTT AT PARK. TO-MORROW
When Petonc and Hutt met in the first round Petonc won by a. four points margin. It was a keen,, hardfought game, more solid than spectacular, but containing many stirring incidents. To-morrow afternoon Pctone and Hutt have the stage again at Athletic Park, and . an entertaining, dashing display is expected. Petone at the present time are at the head oi' the championship table with a three points lead, and Hutt are bracketed ' with Marist and Old Boys in third place. The Eastbourne-Marist game at Petone should prove a good draw card, particularly in view of the showing made by Eastbourne at Athletic Park last Saturday and the entertaining fare Marist provided when matched against Hutt at Petone recently. Old Boys and Bcrhainpore are to meet at Kilbirnic; Athletic are to play University at Wakofiold Park, and at Psinco of Wales Park Oriental will be up ngainst Poneke. A senior B grade game between Miramar and Wellington has been arranged for Newtowu Park. In the first round Miramar provided spirited resistance to the high-scoring Wellington team.
