I Twenty-five to thirty lives are bet 'lioved to have been lost on Thursday 'afternoon when lightning struck the drillboat I. B. King, carrying dynamite for working in tho .Brockvillo Narrows of the St. Lawrence River, two miles west of here. Many of the crew were asleep in their bunks. The boat was blown to kindling wood. A number of survivors were picked up not seriously injured. - A search is proceeding for the bodies.
