LONDON, 15th June.
An idea of police activity against motorists in, England is revealed fey; t&e fact that motorists paid over £200,000 in fines last year, over 250,000 being summoned. In addition 69,000; were cautioned. Some of the offences were the following: Manslaughter, ?£J drunkenness, 1730; reckless driving* 27,000. More than 23,000 were sum* inoned for exceeding the speed limit.
