CON'TIXENTAL STYLE JIACIXG
A twenty-five; miles'.race-.on the Continental style,'in which'riders-are graded according to ability and each grade starts in a bunch oft' scratch, was held: on Sat-' urday afternoon by the Port" Nicholson Amateur. Road Cycling Club (X.Z.U.C). There were. three grades, and the event started and iinished at the Central:' Fire Station. J. ..Foote, W. 'Bray,:, and S. ■Wi-ight, in the A grade, maintained the fine form they have shown since the'com-' men cement of the season, .but strangely enough their times ";were not as fast as those registered .by the C grade riders.
