FUNERAL OF MR. R. HANNAH

The funeral of the late Mr. Eobcrt Hannah took place to-day, and was largely attended by representatives of the banking, legal, and commercial community; also by old personal friends and by many employees of the firm of E. Hannah and Co. The Deputy Mayor (Mr. ■M. Luckie) represented, tho. City Council. Many wreaths were received from, friends and firms in all parts of tho Dominion. Tho principal mourners were the sons and cither near relatives, including a brother, Mr. W. Hannah (Napier). The Rev. 'J. R- Blanchard conducted the service at tho residence, and at the graveside at Karori Cemetery. At the conclusion of the sermon., at St.:-John's. Presbyterian Church,: "Willis. . street, 'yesterday, the Rev. J. R. Blanehard :intimatod^ to the congregation the.-, decease .-.of Mr. Robert Hannah, and said-that for fiftyyears he had been a member of.the church, for ■;: twenty-five years -was a member of the .
