RUGBY, 29th May.
A message from Buckingham Palace to-day stated that satisfactory improvement continues iv the rheumatism from which tho King has been suffering during the last few days. This morning His Majesty'received Lord Balfour, who delivered to him tho insignia of the Garter of the late Earl of Balfour.
The Queen on her visit to-day to the Royal Military Tournament was accompanied by tho Duke of Gloucester, Prince George, aud the little Princess Elizabeth.
