Enormous air rights for the development and covering of 70 acres above Illinois Central railway station are being arranged by a group of investors, including Samuel Insull and Bancamericau Blair Corporation.
With tho roof of tho station as their ground floor the builders will erect a new city section twenty stories in the air, with concrete sidewalks, water, sewer mains, and all facilities, just like any new city- subdivision.
