SUBMARINE FOR ARCTIC

WASHINGTON, 29th May.
The Navy Department has agreed to turn over to Sir Hubert Wilkins an obsolete submarine for Arctic exploration. Tho Assistant-Secretary of the 'Navy, Mr. Jahncke, has advised Mr. Sloan Danenhoiver, Wilkius's representative, to apply to the Shipping Board for the discarded submarine, 0-12. The Navy is turning the submarine over to the board for transference to Sir Hub•tt Wilkius.
