PROPERTY SALE.
Messrs. H. Ernest Leightou, Limited, property auctioneers, report that the open air sale of the sections in "Hathaway Estate," Lower Hutt, on Saturday afternoon was held under very unfavourable weather conditions. Nevertheless there.was a large attendance of those interested m land values, and four sections were sold under the hammer at an average price ot £401 5s per section. The balance ot the sections are in the hands of the auctioneers for private sale. Several private sales have already been effected.
