The Italian Government has instructed its',' Canberra ."representative-to denounce''the proposed trado treaty, ami also to join the representatives of'other nations-iri.-gon.eral protests. Italy plans to treat'butter from Australia, in the same way.. as. Australia treats cheese from Italy. -Officials estimate that the propossd, "treaty would'cause a 40 per cent, decline in Italian exports to AuV tralia. ;." ' ' '
