That, the coming session of Parliament would be full, of interest,' and that there was every possibility if not a probability of a General Election at the end of this year or at the beginning of next year, were statements made by Mr. H E. Holland, Leader of the Parliamentary Labour Party, in.an address °Tho United Party, which had followed too closely in the footsteps of the disastrous Keform Party, could not possibly carry on after the end of the present Parliament. Labour was the only party in tho House which had consistently increased its membership. The organisation would be ready for an election at the end of next year.
