WEDDINGS

A wedding which interested a/ large circle of AVairarapa friends, as well ;is others outside the district, was /that of Ncsta Eae, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Normrn Matthews, of Wharcpapa, and Francis Crawford, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Cameron, of Flat Point, Mastertoii. Tho ceremony took place in All.Saints' Church, Wairongomai (built in memory of-the bride's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Matthews, Wairongomai), which was beautifully decorated in autumn tints, the bride qnd bridegroom ,standing under a wedding boll of tlic same tones. The Bey. Mr. Dun-ad performed the ceremony, and Miss F. Webb was at the organ. The bride's elegant gown was of white moire velvet, cut on simple lines, and her embroidered veil was worn with clusters of orange blossom. The bouquet carried was of whito chi-ysanthe-mums and pink carnations. The three bridesmaids, Misses Audrey Matthews (chief),. Muriel Cameroii, and May Akers, were ill tangerine moire velvet, eacli with an artistic cluster of roses, which fell from one shoulder. Their hats wore of felt to tone, and they carried bouquets of autumn flowers and also gold evening bags, tho gifts of the bridegroom. Mr. J. Matthews was best man, and Messrs. N. Blundell and E.
