MARRIAGE ANNULLED
■. Bigamy was the ground on which Myrtle Ivy Mudgway petitioned iv the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon to have her marriage with Percy Clifford Smith annulled. A decree absolute was granted by his Honour Mr. Justice Ostler. The petitioner, who was represented by Mr. C. F. Atmore, said that she went through a form of marriage with Smith at' Levin in December, 1928. She believed at the time that he was a bachelor, but it was subsequently discovered that he had been married previously. He pleaded guilty to having committed bigamy and was sentenced to a term of imprisonment. There was one. child of the marriage. ' ;
