BYLAW OFFENCES

Mr. 'W. H. Woodward, S.M. dealt with offenders against the bylaws in the Magistrate's Court yesterday afternoon. On a charge of having driven the wrong way in Woodward street, a one-way traffic street, Robert Watson was ordered to pay costs only, 10s. For not having a driver's licence, Esmond R. Kurth was ordered to pay 10s costs.'
