CHRISTCHUBCH, This Day.

Herbert Edwin Barnsley, an accountant, was charged in the Magistrate's Couit to-day, that on 30th September, 1929, at Dannevirke, he received the sum of &i 10s on terms requiring him to account for or pay ttio money to John Gibbs, and fraudulently omitted to do so. The police said that other charges were pending, and the accused was remanded to appear at Darinevirke on Saturday.
