FAMOUS COW'S DEATH
Jessie, tho world-fainoua cow with a window in her , stomach, ha^' died in a barn in the State Agricultural College of Pennsylvania. . Scientific studies with Jessie began with a test showing that samples from her stomach contained vitamine B, although all traces of ,thisc vitamine had been removed from her feed. By this experiment it was determined absolutely that all cows manufacture vitamine B within their systems. Jessie, according to the New York corerspondent of tho "Daily Telegraph," never showed any signs of being bothered by her window, which permitted scientists to see the processes in her stomach, and she submitted patiently; to inspection bjr thousands of visitors/
