It was reported in yesterday's "Post" that in the Lower Hutt Court judgment by default was given against Jorgensen, Langridge, and M'Nab in several undefended claims. The judgments were given against Langridge and M'Nab only. Separate orders for payment of the claims were made against Mr. Jorgensen, who holds money under the Wages Protection and Contractors' Liens Act. Judgment in the civil case International Oil Co., Ltd., v. L. Potter, for £11), on 29th April, was taken in error.
