The weather during the past 24 hours has been fine over the greater part of {lie Dominion, under the influence of a moderate anti-cyclone. Yesterday and during last night, however, there were some light scattered showers in the eastern and northern portions of the North Island, and also about Cape Kgmont, associated with the south to east winds which were, then prevailing.
